Waterloo Branch Closed due to Vandalism

The Waterloo branch was broken into overnight and is currently closed for the day. The individual was apprehended onsite and it appears to have been an isolated vandalism incident. At this time, we can confirm that there was no impact to member personal information and there is not an increased level of risk for our other locations. The ATM is now available, and the branch will reopen on Monday.

As always, the safety and well-being of our team members, members, and community are our highest priority, and we are grateful that no one was present during the incident. We will be engaging with the Waterloo team throughout the day to support them as needed.
