Our Retail teams are all about engaging members to experience Banking with Purpose. We build relationships, provide advice, and deliver solutions that best fit each member’s unique needs.
Our Business Banking team provides expert advice to farmers, not for profit organizations, small business, and faith communities. They provide business banking advice, products, and credit solutions that support success for our business members.
Our Wealth and Investment team help members confidently make financial decisions that support their long-term financial goals and reflect their values. With expert advice, comprehensive financial planning, registered and non-registered products, socially responsible options, and wealth management, we are committed to helping our members make peace with their money.
Our Investment Support team serves Kindred with centralized administration relating to registered and non-registered investments and estate administration. They ensure exemplary service and trustworthy advice to safeguard member’s assets.
Our Finance team fulfills a broad range of responsibilities for the credit union, including treasury and payments, as well as corporate services like budgeting, accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
Our innovative IT team is responsible for the ongoing operation of our IT systems and processes. They maintain the integrity of data assets, deliver data-driven solutions to help Kindred solve organizational challenges, discover new growth opportunities, and identify where improvements can be made.
Our Member Contact Centre team provides an exceptional experience for our members. These team members excel in active listening, deliver service solutions, and give advice on Kindred’s products and services to meet daily banking needs. They provide online technical support and troubleshooting, help conduct financial transactions, and much more.
