Kindred Credit Union is excited to announce upgrades coming to mobile and online banking!
As an extra layer of security, members will be required to enroll in 2-Step Verification (2SV) starting on September 12, 2023. In addition to entering your password at login, a one-time verification code will be sent by text message, voice call, or email to the contact method associated with your online Kindred account. The code must be submitted to access your account online. After you’ve enrolled in 2-Step Verification, you’ll be able to conveniently reset your password anytime, without calling our Member Contact Centre.
The upgrade will result in intermittent service disruptions to Kindred’s mobile app and online banking in the morning. Once the upgrade is complete, you’ll be prompted to set up 2-Step Verification when logging in to Kindred’s mobile app or online banking to enhance your security. Simply follow the prompts on screen to get started.
To maintain uninterrupted access to your accounts you must use your Access Card number to login to online banking.

Please note: Memorized account information for online banking access will be lost when we upgrade your online banking experience. To minimize the possibility of interruption, we encourage you to record your Access Card number in a safe, secure place before September 12.
