Banking System Service Disruption - Android App

Service DISRUPTION - We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our Android mobile app that prevents users from logging in.

UPDATE (2025-06-22) - While the issue with our Android mobile app has been resolved. Google has advised some some users may need to clear their app cache in order access their accounts. Here are some step-by-step instructions for clearning your app cache.

Simple instructions for clearing an app's cache on a Samsung phone:

• Open Settings: Swipe down from the top of your screen to open the Quick Panel, then tap the Settings icon (it looks like a gear).
• Go to Apps: Scroll down and tap on Apps (or "Applications" or "Apps & notifications," depending on your Samsung model and Android version).
• Find the App: Scroll through the list of your installed apps and tap on the app you want to clear the cache for.
• Tap Storage: On the App info screen, tap on Storage.
• Clear Cache: You'll see two options: "Clear data" and "Clear cache." Tap on Clear cache.

Instructions for clearing your app cache on a Pixel phone:

• Open Settings: From your home screen, swipe up to access your app drawer, then tap the Settings icon (it looks like a gear).
• Go to Apps: Scroll down and tap on Apps (or "Apps & notifications").
• See All Apps: Tap on See all [number] apps (e.g., "See all 150 apps").
• Find the App: Scroll through the list of your installed apps and tap on the app you want to clear the cache for.
• Tap Storage & cache: On the App info screen, tap on Storage & cache.
• Clear cache: You'll see two options: "Clear storage" (sometimes called "Clear data") and "Clear cache." Tap on Clear cache.

That's it! The cache for that app will now be cleared. Relaunch the application to sign into your account.
