Service Fees are Changing

Effective January 1, 2026, the Account Research fee will change from $10-$20 per hour to $35-$50 per hour.

Why are fees changing?
Kindred reviews our service fees regularly to ensure they remain competitive in the marketplace and to ensure we’re covering our costs. This service fee change will not affect most members in their everyday banking.

We are here to help provide you with the peace of mind that comes with being a good steward of your money. As a member-owned financial cooperative, our philosophy is to charge members a fair fee for the services they use with a focus on cost recovery.
