Make a Change to Enhance Security when you log in to Online Banking

Kindred offers many ways for you to manage your money, including online banking and a new mobile app. The way you log in to your accounts can change as we upgrade technology and enhance security features.

In 2018, you should have received a new access card and this number is required to log in to the new Kindred Credit Union App. However, some members have continued to use their MEMBER CARD® debit card number to log in to online banking. We want to be sure you maintain uninterrupted access to your accounts and so we’re recommending you use your access card to log in to online banking going forward.

What should you do? It’s easy!

Find your Kindred access card – it looks like this:

Enter your access card number the next time you log in to online banking.

(Note that the first eight digits may be pre-filled and you do not need to include the dash.)

Can’t find your access card or don’t have a record of your access card number? No problem, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to find it for you. Record your access card number in a safe place so you have it available for future use.
