Our 2024 Financial Engagement Member Survey is being sent to a randomly selected group of members by email and mail. Our research partner, PMG Intelligence, may also be reaching out to members by telephone to better understand. awareness, perceptions, and expectations of Kindred's products and services options.

PMG manages the collection, analysis, and reporting of responses in order to maintain objectivity and confidentiality. It’s just one of the ways we connect with our members to hear their voice. The information you provide will help us make decisions on where to focus our resources. You will never be asked to provide membership or account information.
